Haptic feedback can be enabled for PS5 home screen operations. This function is available when using a DualSense wireless controller, DualSense Edge wireless controller, or PlayStation VR2 Sense controller.

● When this feature is enabled, haptic feedback can be felt in response to various operations, such as when moving the cursor, reaching the end of a scrollable section, activating an option, receiving a notification, or launching a game. In addition to improving immersion, this function supports people with visual and hearing impairments through the sense of touch.

To activate, go to [Settings] > [Accessibility] > [Controllers] and turn on [Haptic Feedback on Home Screen].

[Support for Dolby Atmos compatible devices].

Tempest 3D audio can now be enjoyed on Dolby Atmos compatible HDMI devices (soundbar, TV, home theater system, etc.) The sound produced by Tempest 3D audio is output to Dolby Atmos compatible HDMI devices and can be heard through ceiling speakers, enabling PS5 games to be played with a more intense and immersive experience.
