Autumn Anime "Kizuna no Ariru" Second Season Broadcast Commemorative Cast Interview! No.8 Yuka Yoshiki (Ellie) [PR].

As an anime project of the world's first virtual YouTuber "Kizuna Eye", the first season of the anime "Kizuna Ariru" was broadcasted from April 2023.

Following the first season, which can be said to be an introduction to the story of Miraku, a girl who follows Kizuna Eye's back and aspires to become a virtual artist, and her friends, the long-awaited second season will begin in October.

Akiba Research Institute continues to push this work, in which reality and virtuality cross over, to the hilt. We will be publishing daily interviews with the members of PathTLive, formed by the main character Miraku, as well as with the cast of virtual artists who will appear in the second season.

In this 8th installment, we will be interviewing Yuka (Ellie) Yoshiki of BRT5!

───Please tell us how you felt when you were chosen to appear in this film.

Yoshiki: It was the first time since I became a voice actor that I had received a role with my name attached to it in an anime, so I was very happy.

───Please tell us about the character you will be playing.

Yoshiki: Ellie is a mother! She's the one with the strong "babu-mi" feeling! (Laughs)

─ ─ What was your first impression of the character you play?

Yoshiki: I thought she was similar to me in that she was pacifistic and took a step back to look at the group. However, she is also the center of BRT5 and placed high in the qualifying round of the Virtual Grid Awards, so I think she is a calm girl who does her best when she has to.

─ What kind of unit is "BRT5"?

Yoshiki: PathTLive is a unit that will continue to grow, but BRT5 is like a strong rival unit that is watching from above. They are five members who have high individual abilities and can do anything! I feel that BRT5 is a strong rival unit that can do anything.

─ ─ Do you have any episodes with the "BRT5" members during recording sessions or when recording songs?

Yoshiki: Actually, I don't think there are many occasions when all the BRT5 members get together and talk. ...... I am looking forward to the many opportunities we will have in the future!

───Any episodes from the postrecording sessions, including the other unit members?

Yoshiki: After the first post recording, we had a dinner party with those who could attend, and we all decided on nicknames for each other. I think everyone, including myself, showed our shyness. ...... (laughs)

─ ─ What is your impression of Kizuna Ai, an important character in this work?

Yoshiki: I am very happy to be involved with Ai, who has spread the existence of virtual artists around the world. I respect her wonderful singing voice and the way she cheerfully takes on any challenge, and I want to do my best to catch up and overtake her.

─ What do you think are the highlights and interesting points of the anime "Kizuna no Ariru"?

Yoshiki: When I see Miraku working hard and growing in the live scenes, I want to cheer her on and say, "Keep up the good work! I want to cheer him on. Miraku chasing after the person of her dreams is so sparkling and wonderful, isn't it?

─ What do you think is unique about the second season of the "Kizuna no Ariru" anime?

Yoshiki: In the second season, all the members finally appear! And Ellie, of course! Please look forward to seeing what kind of stories the 15 members will have to tell.

─ You not only appear in anime, but you are also active as the XR artist project "Alleles" on our YouTube channel. What kind of activities would you like to do as "Alleles" in the future?

Yoshiki: Anime has the qualities of anime, and Alleles has the qualities of Alleles, very, very much so. You may feel there is a gap between the two, but the members are enjoying themselves, so we would like to take on various challenges and spread the fun to everyone.
