Marusho Ramen Yodobashi Akiba, a Chinese noodle and dipping ramen restaurant, opened on Monday, September 25, 2023.

It is located on the 8th floor of Yodobashi Akiba, the former site of the ramen restaurant "Menya Iroha" which closed on Sunday, August 27.

Marusho Ramen" is a new brand of restaurant of the Tama Group, which operates mainly in the Kawasaki area of Kanagawa Prefecture.

Marusho Ramen's Chinese noodle soup features a rich broth full of the flavor of slowly cooked pork bones, combined with a special sauce that is made by hand.

In addition to Chinese soba and tsukemen, the menu also includes chashu chuka and spicy chuka, etc. Rice is offered free with noodle orders.
