Interview with the cast of the autumn anime "Kizuna no Ariru" in commemoration of its second season broadcast! No.12 Tsukino (Cea) [PR].

As an anime project of the world's first virtual YouTuber "Kizuna Eye", the first season of the anime "Kizuna Ariru" was broadcast from April 2023.

Following the first season, which can be said to be an introduction to the story of Miraku, a girl who follows Kizuna Eye's back and aspires to become a virtual artist, and her friends, the long-awaited second season will begin in October.

Akiba Research Institute continues to push this work, in which reality and virtuality cross over, to the hilt. We will be publishing daily interviews with the members of PathTLive, formed by the main character Miraku, as well as with the cast of virtual artists who will appear in the second season.

In this 12th issue, we will be featuring Ms. Tsukino (Cea) of VICONIC!

───Please tell us how you felt when you were chosen to perform in this film.

Tsukino: Up until now, I have mainly sung, and this was my first experience with recording for an anime, but appearing in a TV anime was one of my big dreams, so when I was told by surprise that I had been accepted, my whole body really shook. The staff told me that they wanted to depict the process of growing up with the characters, and I felt that I would like to grow with Céa and her ...... friends.

─ Please tell us about the character of Céa.

Tsukino: Céa is a cool realist who, despite her abilities, thinks that she is only attracting attention while she is still alive. She is usually out of the loop, but in fact, she loves Jua very much, and I think she has a great love inside her.

What was your first impression of Seua? Also, did your impression change when you actually played the role, or did you discover any new charms?

Tsukino: When I first saw her, I genuinely thought she was cute ！！！！！！ I like ！！！！ Blonde hair big sister！！！！ Tail ！！！！！" (laugh). I also think it is glossy and I am a little conscious of it in the anime. (In the activities of Alleles, I am exploding with glossiness(?)). I myself am very attached to Séa.

I myself am very attached to Cea, and now I have changed my hair to a high tone, which had been black for a long time.

─ ─ What kind of unit is "VICONIC"?

Tsukino: We are two opposites, but we compete with each other in a friendly manner and synchronize with each other in performance. In fact, we love each other.

─ Please tell us about episodes during postrecording with your partner, Kimi Nagumo (Jua), and episodes during the recording of songs.

Tsukino: As expected, there were some difficult parts, but I was happy to have this precious experience. ......! I was glad that the character I was in charge of for the first time was Cea......!!! I had never done postrecording for an anime before, and Kimi Nagumo taught me a lot... I was able to enjoy the recording of the songs with a relaxed feeling, since I usually sing. I was also conscious of singing as Cea. It's a great song and I can't wait for you to hear it...!

─ ─ Please tell us about any episodes during postrecording, including the other unit members.

Tsukino: First of all, the acting of each member of the cast was wonderful, and I was nervous and said to myself, "wow ......". I was curious about "Quon," who uses three different voices. I was really impressed when I was listening to the dubbing session with Rina Kawaguchi when we were recording at the same time. And I remember I was really shocked at how cute she was too. We play together frequently now.

I really cherish the connection I have made with my friends, staff, and fans through "Kizuna no Ariru" and "Alleles.

─ What is your impression of Kizuna Ai, an important character in this work?

Tsukino: I think she is a legendary figure, the "master" who gave birth to the concept of virtual YouTubers. She has always kept a smile on her face and entertained everyone, and I feel that she continues to do so today with the same abundance of love. We hope to continue that bond into the future. The CGMV of the animated version of "Linx" is too good to be true: ......! The Universe!!! I want to sing too!

─ ─ What do you think are the highlights and interesting points of the anime "Kizuna no Ariru"?

Tsukino: The rich individuality of each person, the foreshadowing ......, the wonderful music and the beautiful CG music video! I have always wanted to be in an anime with live scenes, so I'm really happy that it came true.

─ What do you think is unique about the second season of the "Kizuna no Ariru" anime?

Tsukino: The second season has many more "What's going to happen? The second season is full of highlights, with many more "What's going to happen! There will be a lot of thrills and excitement as well as ......! I myself am very excited about the arrival of VICONIC at last. ......

─ ─ In addition to your appearances in anime, you are also active as the XR artist project "Alleles" on your YouTube channel.

Tsukino: I would like to continue to challenge myself in many fun projects that I would not be able to do alone! And most of all, I want to stand on a big stage and make our songs resonate! And I want to connect with everyone around the world!

─ ─ Finally, do you have a message for the readers of Akiba Research Institute?

Tsukino: I personally really liked Akiba Research Institute's articles, so I was happy to be interviewed in this way for my first anime appearance! I hope the anime will be a lot of fun, and I look forward to working with you all!
