Kinnikuman" Perfect Choujin Hajime Hen, the latest installment of the "Kinnikuman" anime series, will be broadcast in 2024. In addition, new visuals and staff information were also released.

The original "Kinnikuman" was first serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha) in 1979 by author Yudetamago (Takashi Shimada for the original scenario and Yoshinori Nakai for the artwork). The series continues to be serialized in "Weekly Playboy" and "Shukupre NEWS" (both published by Shueisha). The series has sold more than 77 million copies.
The story is about Kinnikuman, a clumsy and stupid dropout from the planet Kinniku, who through hard work, friendship, and victory eventually grows into the strongest man in the superhuman fighting world. The anime has been broadcast since 1983, and the Kinnikeshi has become a huge boom, with 200 million units sold.

What is "Kinnikuman"?
Kinnikuman" was serialized in Shueisha's "Weekly Shonen Jump" magazine from 1979 to 1987 with 387 episodes. Kinnikuman II" was serialized in "Weekly Playboy" from 1998. Kinnikuman" and "Kinnikuman II" have sold over 77 million copies in total (12th place in history).
The TV animation series began airing in April 1983, with an average rating of 20%. 7 movies have also been produced.
In 2011, "Kinnikuman" resumed serialization for the first time in 24 years, and was ranked 7th in "This Manga is Amazing" in 2012. 2013 marked the 100th volume of the series, which will be published simultaneously in "Weekly Playboy" in addition to the "Shukupre NEWS" web series from 2020.
