A vending machine exclusively selling Max Coffee, an assassin from Chiba Prefecture, appeared in Akihabara!

The assassin is a vending machine exclusively selling GEORGIA MAX COFFEE (a.k.a. Max Coffee), a drink that raises blood sugar levels.

Max Coffee was launched around 1975 by Tone Soft Drink Co.

The vending machine is located right in front of KOTOBUKIYA, facing an alley, and is quite conspicuous with its entire body covered in Max Coffee yellow.

On X (formerly Twitter), the vending machine has been the talk of the town, being called "Chiba Prefecture's Hashitoho" or "Akibaites' blood sugar problem. It seems that Max Coffee is beginning to attract attention as a new landmark of Akihabara or as a souvenir of Akihabara.

As of the afternoon of October 3, 2023, the PET bottles were sold out, and it seems that Max Coffee has become so popular that replenishment was not possible in time. Max Coffee is sweetened with condensed milk, so those who have never had it before should be prepared for unimaginably sweet taste.
