A synopsis and advance cut of the first episode from the fall anime "The Daughter Who Left the Capital to Become an Adventurer and Became an S Rank" scheduled to begin airing on October 5, 2023, has been released.

The story begins with a former adventurer, Belgriff, returning to his home village and raising a girl abandoned in the forest as his own daughter. Eventually, the grown-up daughter Angeline leaves for the capital, and five years later, she has become an S rank adventurer .......
This is a heartwarming fantasy that depicts the bond between father and daughter through Angeline's love for her father as well as the fantastical worldview and battle elements.

The synopsis and advance cuts are as follows.

Episode 1 "Angeline's Melancholy"

While living a peaceful life back in his hometown, the former adventurer Belgriff picks up an abandoned girl in the forest and raises her as his own daughter "Angeline" with only his male help.
As time passed, Angeline grew up and decided to become an adventurer like her father, and left for the guild in the capital.
She is now an S-rank adventurer, nicknamed the "Black-Haired Warrior Maiden." Angelin takes her first long vacation in a long time and tries to return to her hometown with her father, Belgriff, looking forward to seeing him again after a five-year absence, but...
