T.P. Bon" is a sci-fi adventure work written by Fujiko F. Fujio, the creator of "Doraemon," "Perman," "Kiteretsu Encyclopedia," and many other works that have been loved beyond generations and continue to influence not only the manga world but also a wide range of people. It depicts the epic adventures of Bon Namihira, an apprentice member of the "T.P. (Time Patrol)," a futuristic organization that secretly saves people who have had the misfortune of dying all over the world and in all eras, which also appears in "Doraemon.
This work has been animated once before as a short film in 1989, and now it is being animated again on Netflix. It is the first new animated series in about 30 years, and was created to commemorate the 90th anniversary of Fujiko F. Fujio's birth.

An ordinary junior high school student, Bon, meets Reem Stream, a T.P. team member from the future, and a mysterious creature, Buyeon.
The T.P. team member says that they are working to save people who have had an unfortunate death that has no impact on history. The memories of people who have seen Reem and her friends are supposed to be erased in the course of their mission, but because her memories have not been erased for some reason, Bon is forced to join the Time Patrol as an apprentice.
He is excited by the time boats and other futuristic tools that allow him to jump from one time period to the next. He is a good-natured kid, but through his mission, he comes into contact with the lives of people who live wisely in different times and places.

Cast and staff information has been released!

Akihisa Wakayama, who has appeared in "NOBLESSE" and "Time Bokan 24," will play the main character, Bon, in this film, and his fresh performance continues to attract viewers.
Atsumi Tanezaki, a talented voice actress who continued her breakthrough as Anya Forger in "SPY x FAMILY" and won the first ever double award for Best Leading Actor and Best Supporting Actor at the 17th Seiyu Awards last year, plays the role of Reem, who inspired Bon to become a T.P. team member.
The film will be directed by Masahiro Ando, who has won the hearts of fans with his animated works such as "Hanasaku Iroha" and "Strangea: The Emperor's Edge Tan" with their dynamic action and delicate stories, and will feature music by Michiru Oshima, who has worked on NHK historical drama "Tenchijin" and "Fullmetal Alchemist" as well as other TV, film, animation and video game productions.
