Episode 3 "Agitation

Ragna Crimson and his team start their mission in the eastern border city of Tortieres, where they encounter Mikhail and his men, who are in danger of being annihilated in their fight to protect the people who are being attacked by the black forests.
They are pursued by Dizas Trowa, a third level fire-controlling super hero.
To defeat this new enemy, Ragna and Crimson begin their first joint battle.
