It has been decided that "The Muttari Isekai Life of a Candidate for Former Heroic Hero who was Cheat from Lv. 2" currently being published by Overlap Novels will be adapted into a TV anime in 2024. In addition, a PV of the work and information on the main cast have been released.

The "Muttari Isekai Life of a Former Brave Candidate Who Was Cheat from Lv.2" is a popular novel written by Miya Oninoshiro, which has sold more than 2 million copies (paper and electronic) in the series published by Overlap Novels.

Banaza, a merchant, is summoned to another world as a "hero candidate," but when it is discovered that he has the same abilities as an ordinary citizen, he is branded a disqualified hero and banished to a remote forest. However, the moment he defeated a monster there and raised his level to 2, he gained a power that no ordinary person could handle. He changes his name to Julio and decides to live in another world, where he meets Fenris, and a tumultuous story unfolds.

This time, it has been decided that this work will be adapted into a TV anime in 2024. In addition, the work's PV and information on the main cast have been released.

Satoshi Hino will play the role of Julio, a kind-hearted young man who has come to live in another world, and Rie Kugimiya will play Fenris, a demon who has decided to live with Julio, a member of his race.

He was banished because of his mediocre abilities at level 1, but when he reached level 2, his status changed to "infinity. At Lv. 2, his status changes to "∞," and he gains a power that is too much for ordinary people to handle.
In his former world, his name was Banaza, but in the other world, he calls himself Julio to hide his true identity.

My name is Satoshi Hino, and I will be playing the role of [Julio].
Recently, I have had almost no opportunity to play a role like Julio, so I was the most surprised when I was asked to play the role (laugh).

■Fenrieth (CV: Rie Kugimiya)

The younger sister of Fenrigal, a fangirl who was one of the Four Heavenly Kings of the Demon King's Army. She meets Julio and begins a temporary honeymoon.
She is a fiery fangirl who likes to fight and is quick to pick fights. Her nickname is Reese.
She loves Julio anyway.

My name is Rie Kugimiya, and I will be playing the role of Fenris.
Fenris has an honest character and looks innocent on the outside, but inside she is a wild and cute character with a lot of facial expressions.
I think her positive attitude toward enjoying her newlywed life to the fullest is also very attractive.
I was surprised to see her change her way of life after meeting Julio, but I also felt the wildness that is typical of Fenris.
