The authentic taste of Yunnan! The "Motsu Rice Line" with fried rice is less than 1,000 yen! Motsu Rice Line Set for 950 yen at the Gohqiao Rice Line Akihabara Branch!

When you come to Akihabara, you may have a hard time deciding where to have lunch.

To help you decide, here are some Akiba eats that I, Shun Gori, who is always roaming around Akihabara even when I don't have any plans to visit, recommend.

As an Akibaite who prefers to spend money on his hobbies, I will focus on those who can eat for less than 1,000 yen, assuming that you can spend less than 1,000 yen for lunch.

Many people associate Akihabara with ramen, curry, and kebabs. However, many people get bored with ramen and curry every time they go to Akihabara.

Sometimes you just want something different. That's when we recommend the "Kabashi Yoneisen Akihabara Branch" introduced here.

This time, we visited "Gekashi Rice Line Akihabara Branch" where you can enjoy "Chinese Yunnan Cuisine.

The restaurant is a 10-minute walk from JR Akihabara Station and a 2-minute walk from Suehirocho Station. The restaurant is located on the first floor of a building, but it may be a little difficult to find because of its location at the back of the building.

The interior of the restaurant is spacious, with 48 seats at tables only. The Chinese-style wallpaper adds to the authentic Chinese atmosphere.

The lunch menu features the "rice line," which gives the restaurant its name, as well as a bean curd set (800 yen tax included), claypot (850 yen tax included), and a shrimp chili sauce set (900 yen tax included).

There is a wide variety of rice crackers, including chicken rice cracker, seafood rice cracker, beef rice cracker, and motsu rice cracker, with the option of adding a bowl of hot bean paste or half a bowl of fried rice for 100 yen. The rice line comes in a rather large bowl, so you will need to consult with your appetite before ordering more.

I have not yet explained what rice noodles are, but they are made from rice and are thicker and stickier than Vietnamese pho noodles. It is commonly eaten around Yunnan Province in China and is called "Yunnan mother's flavor.

The soup is made from chicken or pork broth and has a light salty flavor. The soup is lightly salted and has oil floating on the surface to keep it from getting cold.

This time, I ordered the motsu rice line (850 yen) with half fried rice (100 yen for the set) for a total of 950 yen.

The white thing in the back is tapioca, a dessert that comes as a freebie.

The "motsu rice line" is filled with large pieces of motsu. Other toppings are simple, such as bean sprouts and spinach.

The noodles are firm and filling! The lightly salted soup is topped with a spicy sauce that adds a nice accent and is very tasty.

The large pieces of pork chops are also well seasoned and very tasty!

The half fried rice is a simple, lightly salted fried rice that does not distract from the flavor of the motsu rice line.

The tapioca that comes as a freebie is gently sweetened with coconut milk to reset the greasy taste in your mouth.

This time, I was invited to visit the "Kabashiro Yi Yi" Akihabara branch, where "Chinese Yunnan cuisine" is served.

The rice line, prepared by an authentic Yunnan Yi chef, is the latest trend in authentic Chinese cuisine, and to be able to enjoy it for less than 1,000 yen for lunch is quite a bargain.

Why not visit this famous restaurant, which has even been visited by the celebrity Yonesuke?
