A new trailer for "City Hunter Theater Version <Shinjuku Private Eyes>," which will hit the road on February 8, 2019 (Friday), has been released.

The film is a hard-boiled, sometimes comical depiction of the exploits of two men: City Hunter (Saeba Akira), who takes on various requests in Shinjuku and fights against evil that cannot be judged by law, and his partner Makimura Kaoru, who sometimes "repels" Akira's attempts to harm female clients, but also supports him as a partner in his work. The film is a hard-boiled, sometimes comical work by Tsukasa Hojo. The original story was serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" in 1985, and the TV animation series produced by Sunrise began airing in 1987. 140 episodes, 3 specials, and 3 movie versions of the series have made it a huge hit.

A new trailer for "City Hunter" has been released, and it has been revealed that the three Cat's Eye sisters appear in the trailer. Cat's Eye" is the serial debut work of Tsukasa Hojo, the author of "City Hunter. Since its release in 1981, the manga and TV animation series have become a worldwide hit. Since its release in 1981, both the manga and TV anime have become huge hits around the world, and in recent years, the series has been homaged in numerous commercials, dramas, and comedy sketches, and still enjoys widespread recognition and popularity.

In "City Hunter the Movie: Shinjuku Private Eyes," Tsukasa Hojo, the author of the original manga, came up with the surprising revelation that he is the owner of "Cafe Cat's Eye," where Umibou and Miki work. The three sisters are played by the same actor, who is also the owner of "Cats' Eye. The three sisters are played by Keiko Toda as Hitomi and Chinatsu Sakamoto as Ai, both from the original cast. Keiko Toda will take over the role of Tadako Fujita's incapacitating character. In the second trailer, the three beautiful sisters in leotards reappear in the streets of Shinjuku with the familiar melody "CAT'S EYE" in the background.

The video also reveals the recently announced role of guest voice actor Yoshimi Tokui of Tutorial. We also learned that he will be playing the role of "Konita," a very unique fashion designer who appears in the film. She is also seen in a cute dress, a far cry from her usual boyish appearance. Expectations for the full story, which is gradually being revealed, are growing higher and higher.

Keiko Toda Comment

I was nostalgic as I remembered the days of recording "Cats ♥ Eye". Yoshiko Fujita, who plays the role of the incapacitating character, and I have truly been like sisters in both our public and private lives. In fact, I was very eager to play the role of Toko-san as well. I, her younger sister, took this desire into consideration and offered to play the role of her understudy. I would like to thank the staff for accepting my request.
