Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Fest 2023" was held in the anime town of Ikebukuro for two days on October 28 (Sat.) and 29 (Sun.), 2023, just before the Halloween season.

Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Fest 2023" was a large-scale Halloween event for cosplayers and photographers, and featured performances by famous cosplayers, a cosplay parade, cosplay arm wrestling, and a stage event where parents and children could enjoy cosplay together. The event also included a stage event for parents and children to enjoy cosplaying together.
In addition, there were various collaboration projects with various games, collaborations with companies such as Canon and Salonpas, DJ parties, and many other events.
