Hanako-kun," is currently being serialized in the monthly "G Fantasy" magazine by Aida Iro. It is a "heartwarming lavatory comedy" in which the "occult girl" Yahiro Nene surrenders herself to a school ghost story in order to make her wish come true, and will be adapted into a TV anime in January 2020.
The "After School Boy Hanako-kun" is the first in a series of new anime projects based on the "Jizoku Shonen Hanako-kun" series. It was broadcast and distributed as a short anime for four weeks starting in October 2023, and gained popularity.
