A new original character "Rena" will join the fighting game "Tekken 8" scheduled for release on January 26, 2024, and a gameplay trailer and character information for "Rena" have been released.

Tekken 8" is a 3D fighting game for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam to be released by Namco Bandai Entertainment Inc. The visuals have been completely renewed from "Tekken 7," and the game challenges the limits of next-generation hardware with high-resolution modeling of all-new playable characters and muscle movement.

The last of the 32 characters in this title is the new original character "Rena", which was announced at "THE EVO TEKKEN8 SHOWCASE", and a gameplay trailer and character information of "Rena" were revealed.

Rena is a mysterious girl who overwhelms her opponents with her lightning-fast moves.
Everything about her is shrouded in mystery, except for the fact that she is a student at Mishima Institute of Technology.
