Live Action Remake "VOLTES V" Trailer with Japanese Subtitles Released! Live-action remake of the anime "Super Electromagnetic Machine Voltes V" is now being prepared for release in Japan after 45 years!

Today, Tuesday, November 16, 2023, a Japanese subtitled trailer for the Philippine TV series "VOLTES V LEGACY," a live-action remake of the TV animation "Super Electromagnetic Machine Voltes V," was released.

The robot animation "Super Electromagnetic Machine Voltes V" was broadcast on TV from 1977 to 1978. An invasion force from the planet Boazan, led by Prince Heinel, flies to Earth from distant space. In a desperate crisis, the main character Kenichi, the three brothers Go, Ippei Mine, and Megumi Oka board the "Super Electromagnetic Machine Voltes V," a robot that combines five machines into one, and fights against the Boazan aliens.

More than 45 years later, "VOLTES V LEGACY" is a live-action remake of "Super Electromagnetic Machine VOLTES V" that has been broadcast in the Philippines. Today, November 16th (Tuesday), a Japanese subtitled trailer of "VOLTES V LEGACY" was released on Toei Special Effects YouTube Official.

＜The story of the live-action remake of "VOLTES V LEGACY" is as follows
Humanoid aliens calling themselves "Boazan aliens" start a planetary invasion and unleash their beast fighters all over the world.
In this desperate crisis, three brothers, Steve (Miguel Tanfelix), Big Bert (Matt Lozano), and Little Jon Armstrong (Raphael Landicho), and their friend, Jamie Robinson ( Ysabel Ortega) and Mark Gordon (Radson Flores) joined the special unit.
They board "Voltes V," a humanoid robot consisting of five mechas that combine to form a single humanoid robot, to fight against the Boazan aliens as the hope of mankind.
However, through the battle, they become entangled in the vortex of an unknown fate between them and the Boazan aliens. ......
