On February 29, 2024 (Thursday), Nippon Ichi Software will release "BAR Stella Abyss" for Switch/PS5/PS4. Both the packaged and downloadable versions will be priced at 7,920 yen (tax included).

The game is a roguelike SRPG in which players explore a dungeon in an alternate world that changes each time they play, while strengthening their characters with the power of the constellations. The truth of the story will be revealed as you drink with the unusual patrons of the bar "Stella Abyss" while exploring the other world.

<Story

The "Stella Abyss" is a bar like a hideout, tucked away in a corner of the city.
The main character, exhausted from his daily life, is led to the door by a flyer flying in the wind.

It seems that you are very tired. Shall I make you something to eat right away?
The master recommends a cocktail, which the protagonist orders, gets drunk, and falls asleep.

When he wakes up to an unfamiliar voice echoing in his hungover head, he sees a mysterious creature floating in midair and a fantastic scene of flowers in bloom.
This is the dream of a drunken man - the world of "Yoi.
The protagonist is trapped in this dream world after his face and arms are stolen from him.

The main character, Samayoi, must explore the mysterious world of Yoy in order to regain his lost face and arms.

The dungeons are dotted with facilities useful for exploration, such as observatories where players can obtain skills and stores where they can buy items.
It is up to the player to decide which facility to advance through.

If you meet a regular customer of Stellar Abyss in the world of Yoy, you can add them to your exploration team.
With their help, you will be able to explore the depths of Yoy's world.

If you run out of energy in Yoy's world, you will wake up in the bathroom of Stella Abyss.
You will lose all items except your equipment, and your level will return to the initial state.

When you come into contact with a monster roaming the world of Yoy, you are transferred to a battle map on a grid.
The battle proceeds in a turn-based simulation RPG style.
Choose your actions paying attention to the compatibility and positional relationship with enemies and the effects of the terrain.

■Strengthen your character with the power of the constellations
While exploring dungeons, you may obtain "Stella," the power of the constellations.
Stella can be attached to a character's moves to enhance their performance by expanding their attack range, increasing their power, and adding attributes.

Stella appear randomly from about 130 types, and up to four can be equipped per technique.
All set stelae are reset at the end of the search.
Try out different combinations each time you go around.

For example, by combining the "W Backstep," which backs up two squares, and the "High Speed Ejection," which increases in power the farther away from the enemy, you can create a technique that deals high damage while maintaining a good distance from the enemy.

The power of alcohol facilitates both conversation and exploration!

At the "Stella Abyss" bar, you can travel to "YOI's World" with an advantageous effect on your exploration by drinking with the regular customers.

There are five types of reactions that can be selected for conversation, including four types of responses: "yes," "no," "laugh," and "doubt," as well as "drink.
Choose the most appropriate reaction according to the other party's feelings to liven up the conversation.

If you use an inappropriate response to the flow of the conversation, or if you offend the other party, the conversation will not be lively, and the drinking party will be closed.

If you select "drink too much," your vision will blur and you will be forced to enter the world of yoy .......

Hidden Effects of Cocktails
The cocktails in Stella Abyss have hidden effects that will help you conquer the world of Yoy.
The effects of the cocktails vary, from increasing the experience gained to increasing the appearance rate of specific stellar items.
Order the cocktail that best suits your style of exploration.

If you have a good conversation with your partner, you can order more cocktails.
The more you have two or three cocktails, the more the effects build up, and the more advantageous your search will be.
