Synopsis
In C.E. 75, the battle continues.
In order to calm down the independence movement and the invasion by Blue Cosmos,...... the Compass, a world peace monitoring organization, is established with Lax as its first president, and Kira and the others intervene in battles around the world as members of the organization.
At this time, the Foundation of the Emerging Nation proposes a joint operation against the Blue Cosmos stronghold.
