Dragon Quest Monsters" is a popular series of games in which players join the well-known Dracula monsters and go on adventures while repeatedly training and blending them. The first title, "Dragon Quest Monsters: Terry's Wonderland," was released in 1998.

The main character is Pizarro, who appeared in "Dragon Quest IV: The Leaders. The player takes on the role of Pizarro and enters various magical worlds with Rosalie, an elf girl he meets along the way.

Today, December 1 (Friday), Square Enix released "Dragon Quest Monsters 3: Prince of the Demons and the Elven Journey" for the Switch. In conjunction with the release, a web movie in which Akusei Shimotsuki's Mr. Coarse gives his take on "Dragon Quest Monsters 3" and information on various collaboration projects were also released.

Dragon Quest Monsters Compounding Stamp Rally in Nihonbashi

A stamp rally to find monsters and make them your friends. Monsters will be blended together at the goal line, and those who make a new monster will receive a "Dragon Quest Monsters 3" original novelty as a present.

■"Dragon Quest Island" collaboration

Dragon Quest Island: Inishie no Makami to Shidareshi Boukenobashitachi" (Dragon Quest Island: The Inishie no Makami and the Guided Adventurers), a very popular attraction in the "Nijigen no Mori" animation park in Awaji Island Park, Hyogo Prefecture, is holding various campaigns from December 1 (Fri.).
The first part of the campaign is a "Compounding Stamp Rally," in which visitors can choose two monsters from the five types of monsters on the stamp pad located in the attraction to create a new monster.
By stamping the two monsters on a special stamp rally card and showing it to the staff at the weapon shop, visitors will receive a sticker of the monster created by blending the two monsters and a picture book-style pamphlet entitled "Pizarro and Rosalie.
In addition, "Messages from Pizarro and Rosalie," the game's main characters and their traveling companions, will be placed somewhere in the area for commemorative photos, and game software and official goods from "Dragon Quest Monsters 3: Prince of the Demons and the Elves' Journey" will be on sale at the "Rueda's Bar" store and restaurant. The shop and restaurant "Ruida's Tavern" will also be selling the game software and official goods of "Dragon Quest Monsters 3: Prince of the Demons and the Elven Journey.

Live broadcast program "#7days after release party" will be aired!

On December 8 (Fri.), one week after "Dragon Quest Monsters 3" goes on sale, a live game distribution program "#7days after release party" will be broadcast with four groups of "Dragon Quest Monsters" fans as guests: Yuka Kuramochi, Soraru, Natsume Sanchi, and Yoshinama, with Akusei Shimobori as the MC. The program will be broadcast.
In the program, the four groups of guests will compete against each other while showing off their monster parties that they have completed by playing this title. The producer of the game, Kento Yokota, and the creator of the "Dragon Quest" series, Yuji Horii, will also appear on the broadcast.
