The latest original animated feature film, "Fureu." will be released nationwide in the fall of 2024. It was also announced that the film will be directed by Tatsuyuki Nagai, written by Mari Okada, and character designed by Masaga Tanaka.

Fureru. is a story about three young men and a dog who were childhood friends and were connected by the power of a mysterious creature, even if they did not talk about their feelings. It is a story that teaches us the true connection between people in today's age of increasingly complex communication.

The latest original animated feature film, "Fureu. will be released nationwide in the fall of 2024.
The production team has been working on "Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae o Bokutachi wa Mada Hana no Namae wo Mada Shiranai." The Heart of the Man Who Wants to Scream The film is directed by Tatsuyuki Nagai (director), Mari Okada (screenwriter), and Masaga Tanaka (character designer), three familiar faces who worked on the heart-stirring trilogy "Sora no Aoisa wo Shiranai Hito" ("Who Knows the Blue Sky?").

My desire to create another story with Mr. Okada, who wrote the script, and Mr. Tanaka, who designed the characters, came true, and here we are today.

This time, the setting is Tokyo.
It is a story about a boy who cannot communicate well with words, but encounters a creature with mysterious powers, and the three of them are connected by this encounter.
In animation, it is often in childhood or boyhood that mysterious events occur, but this is a story of young men who coexisted with a mysterious creature and became adults without changing their lives.
This film focuses on people who would not normally be the main characters.

Everyone experiences changes in relationships between childhood and adulthood.
We sometimes think we understand the person we are talking to when we have been together for a long time, but we hope that this work will make people feel that they should express their feelings directly to the person they are talking to.
