The Last of Us Part II Remastered" for PlayStation 5 (PS5), which is scheduled to be released on December 5, 2023, at PlayStation Store. Pre-orders for the packaged version will be available at PlayStation stores nationwide and on various e-commerce sites.

The Last of Us Part II Remastered" for PS5 is a remastered version of "The Last of Us Part II" for PlayStation 4 (PS4), which was released on June 19, 2020 (Friday), with improved graphics and load times, DualSense Wireless Controller, as well as a remastered version that adds the roguelike survival mode "NO RETURN," an "unreleased stage" from the early stages of development that was not implemented in the original version, a "guitar playing" mode, and more.

The downloadable and packaged versions of the game will be available for pre-order starting today, and starting Friday, January 19, 2024, PS4 owners of "The Last of Us Part II" will be able to purchase the PS5 software "The Last of Us Part II Remastered" (downloadable version) for PS5 for ¥1,190 (tax included).
The in-game items "Increased Load Count" and "Crafting Survival Guide" are available as a pre-order bonus for the downloadable version, an early purchase bonus for the packaged version, and a bonus for purchasing the upgrade.

■Rogue-like Survival Mode "NO RETURN"
Experience the in-depth combat of "The Last of Us Part II" in the new "NO RETURN" mode.
Players must survive as long as possible, encountering randomly selected enemies while choosing a path each time.
Playable characters with a variety of traits can be unlocked, including some that are playable for the first time in "The Last of Us" series.
A number of challenges apply to the various enemies and impressive locations featured in "The Last of Us Part II," culminating in a tense boss battle.

■New ways to enjoy the game: Explore the game further and learn about the development process of the original version.
