It has been announced that the TV series special edition "Detective Conan vs. Phantom Thief Kid" will be released in theaters on January 5, 2024 (Sun.). In addition, WANDS "Daring" has been chosen as the theme song.

The "Detective Conan" series continues to gain momentum, with the original author Gosho Aoyama's comics reaching 104 volumes and the TV anime series exceeding 1,000 episodes. In addition, the film version of "Detective Conan: Kurogane no Submarine," which was released in April this year, was a blockbuster hit, grossing over 13.83 billion yen at the box office, and the total box office revenue for the film series exceeded 118 billion yen.

Prior to the release of the latest "Detective Conan: The Million Dollar Five-Ringed Star," the TV series special edition "Detective Conan vs. Phantom Thief Kid" will be released in theaters on January 5, 2024 (Sunday). In addition, a trailer and key visuals have been released. The theme song will be "Daring" by WANDS.

This film will feature the birth of Phantom Thief Kid, the moonlit wizard who becomes a key person in "Detective Conan: The Million Dollar Five Star," and the first confrontation between Conan and Shinichi, the biggest and eternal rivals, "Conan vs. Phantom Thief Kid" and "The Collected Detective! Shinichi Kudo vs. Phantom Thief Kid" and other legendary episodes are re-edited into this special TV series edition.
At the beginning of the film, episode 76, where Conan and Kid meet for the first time, has been newly edited. It also includes new footage of a rare exchange between Conan and Kid that can only be seen here.

I have an image of him as a cool and cool guy who always attracts attention with his mysterious appearances and tricks in ways beyond imagination, and everything he says and does is cool and cool.

I created the song with the hope of dramatically depicting the emotional movements of the two characters, Conan and Phantom Thief Kid.
