Established joint venture POKEPARK Cantor! Plans to open "POKEPARK KANTO" in Yomiuri Land, where visitors can experience the world of Pokemon in a rich natural setting.

Pokémon, together with Yomiuri Land and the Yomiuri Shimbun's Tokyo headquarters, announced the establishment of "Poképark Kantou, LLC" to conduct the "Poképark Kantou" entertainment business on a portion of the Yomiuri Land property.

Pokémon Red and Green, the first Pokémon video games released in 1996, are set in the Kantou region. And that Yomiuri Land is located in the Tama Hills of Kanto, a region of rich nature.
