<Synopsis
Qin Dynasty in western China, B.C.
As a young boy, Shin, a former servant who aspired to be a "general under heaven" as he dreamed of with his late best friend Drifting, was involved in a coup d'etat for the throne of the Qin Dynasty, and fate led him to meet the 31st King of Qin, Eisei Yeisei.

As the leader of the "Hishintai," the Qin Army's "Flying Squadron," he and Yeisei aim to unify China, a goal that no one has ever achieved, and steadily rise through the ranks while engaging in friendly competition with generals of the same generation, such as Meng Ten and Wang Peng.
Meanwhile, Yomei, who took the throne of King Qin at a young age, also slowly built up his power within the court and eventually regained control of the country from his rival Lu Fwei. With this, he finally embarked on his long-cherished plan to unify China in earnest.
The Qin army aims to capture Black Sheep Hill in Zhao Province to make it a new base for the unification of China.
The Qin army's commander-in-chief in this battle is Kanki, who is known as a "battle genius" and is willing to use any means necessary to win the war.
In contrast, the general of the Zhao army is Keisha, who is trusted by the rare military genius Li Moku and is known as the "silent hunter." Under the command of these two generals, both of whom have an unfathomable fearlessness, an offensive and defense battle over the key point, Heokuyogoka, begins!
