The event started with the cast appearing from the back of the auditorium amidst a huge crowd of fans celebrating the completion of the film, which was finally released after 20 years. The event started with a lot of cheers and applause from the audience as the gorgeous faces gathered on the stage.

Hoshi (Kira Yamato ): My name is Soichiro Hoshi, and I play the role of Kira Yamato. I am looking forward to seeing the film now that it is finally completed. Everyone, we are almost there (to the release of the film)!

Tanaka (as Lax Klein): My name is Rie Tanaka, and I play Lax Klein. Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to join us today! Please enjoy the show.

Suzumura (Shin Asuka): I am Kenichi Suzumura, the voice of Shin Asuka. Please give me a warm welcome today. I happen to be wearing the same clothes as Hoshi-san, which is also fate. It is truly "DESTINY.

Shimono (playing Orphe Ram Tao): My name is Hiro Shimono, and I play the role of Orphe Ram Tao. Thank you all for coming. Please enjoy the show until the end.

Morisaki (as Griffin Albalest): My name is Win Morisaki, and I play the role of Griffin Albalest. I hope that everyone at the venue and those who are watching the live broadcast will also enjoy the show.

Nishikawa (Theme Song): I'm Takanori Nishikawa, and I'm very happy to finally be able to present this work to you all. I have been asking myself whether or not I would do it, whether or not I would do it, whether or not I would do it, whether or not I would do it, whether or not I would forget about it (laughs). I've been saying this for a long time, but I'm very happy to finally be able to present it to you all. I would like to ask for your kind cooperation.

Naka (Producer): I watched this film when I was a college student, and I am very honored to be here to report that it has been completed. Please accept my best regards.

Director Fukuda: I won't spoil it for you all today (laughs). During that time, many things have happened, both publicly and privately. For my part, I did my best to make this film as if only 2 or 3 years had passed. I feel much younger now, and I would be happy if my work also becomes younger. I hope that as many people as possible will see it. I enjoyed it enough to watch it 7 or 8 times, so I think you can enjoy it about 20 times. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did.

At the beginning of the event, a digest video of "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED" and "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED DESTINY" TV series was shown on the monitor in the hall as a point of reference before watching this work, and the relationship between the characters and the production episode were discussed.

The talk then turned to the movie version.
When asked by the MC how he was feeling now that "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FREEDOM" was finally about to be released, Director Fukuda replied, "It's been 20 years. Many staff members worked hard to complete this film, so I think it is not me who should be congratulated, but all the people who are credited in the film. I would like to thank you in turn, thank you all so much." He expressed his gratitude on behalf of everyone.
Hoshi commented on the film, which was finally completed, saying, "I've seen it. At the time of recording, there were still many parts that we didn't know how it would actually turn out, and we were worried about whether we would be able to release the film, but he said, "It's finished! It was great! Tanaka said, "My tear gland collapsed. If you are going to see the movie, please bring at least three pocket tissues! Suzumura said, "When I rewatched the series again, I was attracted by how dramatic it was, so I watched it from a fan's point of view. At the time of "DESTINY," I was so occupied with my own performance that I couldn't watch it calmly, but when I saw "FREEDOM" this time, I felt like "that's 'SEED' from back then" so much. Don't worry, everyone, "SEED" and "DESTINY" are all in there! I hope you can expect what you have been waiting for!" Shimono added, "Most of the scenes I saw during the recording were scenes that had not even been colored in yet, so I wondered if this part was connected to that part! I was surprised to see how many scenes were connected to that one. I thought it was very dramatic all the way to the ending." Morisaki added, "You should see this film in the theater. The action scenes were so powerful, and as a viewer, I could really feel that all the staff members mentioned in the credits had gathered their 20 years of experience in this film, It was a wonderful experience for me to feel as if I was watching the same movie over and over again. I hope many people can have a similar experience.

Nishikawa, who has composed the music for the previous "Gundam SEED" series, sings the theme song for this film. The theme song "FREEDOM" is the first collaboration with Tetsuya Komuro as "Takanori Nishikawa with t.komuro. When asked about his thoughts on the song, he replied, "I am grateful to be in charge of the theme song, and I hope to deliver the thoughts of many people in various forms through the song, and I also hope that it will be an encounter with the fans who have been waiting for this work, and that they will look back on past works through this work. I hope that this will be a good opportunity for you to meet people who have been waiting for this work. One of the people interviewed today said, "I was in the third or fourth grade at the time, and now I am in a position to promote the work, and it is very moving. Of course, there is a connection with his past works, but for me personally, T.M. Revolution, or TM NETWORK if you trace back to the original, represents my desire to deliver a work that transcends the times while connecting with the history, even if it is a painful one. I hope many people will support us. Nishikawa sent a passionate message.

Shimono and Morisaki, who played new characters appearing in the new work, said, "I felt honored and nervous at the same time to be able to participate in a work that has been the dream of many voice actors for 20 years. I am very honored and grateful for the opportunity. (Morisaki), who expressed his joy at being a part of this film.

Producer Naka also announced that the film will be screened in 4DX, MX4D, and Dolby Cinema large format from February 9 (Friday), and said, "I hope you will enjoy the film many times by seeing the regular screening first and then the large format. I hope you will enjoy the film many times. He added, "If I were to use one Chinese character to describe this film, it would be "Kanji" (Chinese characters).

When asked why, producer Naka quickly followed up by saying, "It means that the seed that has been planted for a long time has finally blossomed.

At the end of the film, See-Saw, who sings the ending theme song "Romantics on the Way Out," read a letter to Director Fukuda congratulating him on the completion of the film. (Contents of the letter are as follows)

Tomoaki Ishikawa (See-Saw Vocal & Chorus)
Before the theatrical release of "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FREEDOM," I would like to thank you again for allowing me to be involved in this work.
I first encountered "Gundam Seed" about 20 years ago. I never thought that it would come back to my hands again after a long time. However, I am sure that I had a feeling of being in a state of confusion, as if something had not ended since that time, like a continuation of the earth.
I had a chance to have a chat with Director Fukuda before working on the music, and I wonder if he dared to refrain from giving me a specific order, but he told me, "Just write what you have felt in your life so far. On the contrary, I was given the biggest homework assignment of all! I thought to myself, "I have been given the biggest homework assignment of all!
What was important was how much I could include in the lyrics "living words" that would not come out if I just followed the scenario, and how much I could make it sound like "SEED".
As the director already knows, I wrote the lyrics from the perspective of a person who was completely distant from me when I was first given the "SEED" job. When I began to picture him standing there and imagine the scenery spreading out behind him, it naturally led me to a place where I wanted to be. The ending theme is the landing point and the future of the work, and I feel that I was able to walk with the most appropriate person.
I believe that "Gundam Seed" is a work that continues to have a certain color even after passing through the ages. The music for this year's album is also surprisingly more "SEED"-like than ever before.
I would like to enjoy "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FREEDOM" together with the customers who have accumulated the same amount of time, with gratitude and respect!

Yuki Kajiura (See-Saw Keybords)
Congratulations on the completion of "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FREEDOM"!
I was first of all surprised that almost 20 years had passed, and then I was reminded of how strongly this work has been supported over the years by the great response from fans when the production was announced. We are truly honored that the fans have said that they want See-Saw's music at the end of the newly spun story. I hope that the music will answer the wishes of the work and its fans.
As a fan, I too have been eagerly waiting for this work. I am really looking forward to seeing the completed video.

In response to the message from See-Saw, who will sing the ending theme for the third time since the TV series, the director said, "You are going to make me cry, thank you very much. When I listen to See-Saw's music while working on the film, tears well up in my eyes, so I think the music is very powerful. I think it's music that gives me a great sense of power.

Mr. Hoshi made a final greeting on behalf of the audience.
I think I was able to convey to the audience how much I wanted them to see this film after almost 20 years of waiting for it to be completed! I was conscious of not saying anything unnecessary. It is filled with various dramas. There are many new characters as well as characters from the past, and I am sure you are interested in the drama of each character. After watching the film, I hope that you will continue to wonder what the world of "SEED" will be like after the film, and I hope that you will have many thoughts about it. I would like to share the joy of finally being able to do this with everyone after January 26th, so I hope you are looking forward to it," he said, sending a message to fans looking forward to the release of the film.

After that, new information about the film was released one after another, such as weekly admission gifts, pre-sale items such as Gundam plastic models and pamphlets, and the decision to hold a stage greeting to commemorate the release of the film. The ending theme, See-Saw's "Romantics on the verge of leaving" music video (short version), was also released as a surprise, and when the music video was played, the venue was filled with thunderous applause.

After almost 20 years, "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FREEDOM," a completely new work in the "Gundam SEED series," will finally be released on January 26, 2024 (Fri.) on a nationwide road show! Please look forward to it!

The released video features plenty of anime footage from "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED" and "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED DESTINY" to accompany See-Saw's "Romantics on the Way Out", which has been used in the ending theme of "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED" "We were so together, but and "Kimi wa boku ni kitaiteiru", the ending theme song of "Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny", the music video matches the world view of the music by See-Saw, who has been in charge of many theme songs of the "Seed Series". <PROLOGUE>
C.E. (Cosmic Era).
An era in which genes are adjusted and there are humans who are born with superior physical abilities and brains (Coordinators) and humans who are born as they are naturally (Naturals).
Ideologies of the "Coordinators" and "Naturals" clashed over their own existence, leading to a war using military force.
In the midst of the war, the "Destiny Plan," a system to create a world without competition by forcing each individual to take on a role, was proposed, but in order to protect the free future and hope of mankind, the "Destiny Plan" was rejected in the midst of the war.
The war came to an end with many sacrifices, but the conflict and hatred between the two races of mankind continues to smolder in various parts of the world.
