Hataraku Cell" x JK Culture! Spin-off of the popular comic series started in the February issue of Bessatsu Friend!

A new "Cell World" will start as "Hataraku Cell Friend" in the February issue of Bessatsu Friend.

The "Hataraku Cell" series has sold more than 2.5 million copies in total and is a manga by Akane Shimizu about the personification of cells in the body. Directed by Kenichi Suzuki, who has previously worked on "DRIFTERS" and "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure," the main staff includes series composition by Yuko Kakihara ("Tsuki ga Kirei," "Chihayafuru"), character design by Takahiko Yoshida ("Okiku Furikabutte," "Wimushi Pedal"), music by Kenichiro Suehiro The animation production team is composed of talented staff including "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure," "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure," "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure," and "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Animation production will be handled by david production, which produced "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure" and "Yoku x Boku SS" as well as a special animation film released in July 2017 to commemorate the release of the fifth volume of the original comic.

The main character in this work is a "killer T cell" that eliminates virus-infected cells and cancer cells as an immune cell. He is strict with himself and others and works day and night, but when he is off duty, he wants to have fun! Can the Killer T Cells, who can't let go of their "unfriendly" character now, make friends...?

The original story of "Hataraku Cell Friend," which depicts the comical and sympathetic life of cells enjoying JK culture inside their bodies, is written by "Heiankei Joshi! Murazaki-san! and "Are You Getting Married Yet? The original story is written by Kanna Kurono, a comedy writer who sharply captures the ecology of girls in such works as "Heian-kei Joshi! The drawings are by Mio Izumi, who is also active as a manga artist and illustrator, and whose works include "The Salary is My Boyfriend.

Expectations are high for the expansion of the new "Cell World.
