On Friday, January 19, 2024, six "Quick Start Decks" from the popular trading card game (hereinafter referred to as "TCG") "Cardfight! Vanguard" was released on January 19, 2024 (Friday), and a ceremony was held at the AKIHABARA Gamers main store in Akihabara, Tokyo, to celebrate the release.


The ceremony started at 10:00 a.m., the opening time of the AKIHABARA Gamers main store, and featured the characters from the anime "Cardfight! Vanguard Divinez" was held at the storefront, where life-size pop-ups of the characters from the anime "Card Fight!


The speakers were members of the "Cardfight! Vanguard Divinez" and President Takaaki Kitani.
The two of them will be appearing in the "Stand Up! Vanguard! The ceremony began with a shout of "Stand up!


First, they introduced the characters of the new anime "Cardfight! Vanguard Divine," which has just started airing, President Kitani spoke of the 13th year of the "Vanguard" series being possible thanks to the support of the fans.


The "Quick Start Deck" released this time is the perfect deck for beginners to start playing "Vanguard. The emphasis was placed on making it easy for anyone to play, and President Kitani has actually played with it. He commented, "It certainly doesn't have the depth (of a regular deck), but it is playable. For beginners (to play), it should be this deep.


Nishio-san revealed that the second episode, which will be broadcast and distributed on January 20 (Sat.), will feature a scene in which the characters use the "Quick Start Deck" that was released this time.
The "Vanguard" series emphasizes playing TCGs as if you were the characters in the anime, and President Kitani said, "I hope people will play the game as if they were the characters. First of all, he said, he would like people to try the "Quick Start Deck" together with the characters in the anime.



At the end of the ceremony, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held, which was warmly applauded by the many "Vanguard" fans who attended the ceremony.
