Fire Dag-On, the main character robot from the seventh "Yusha Series" "Yusha Dag-On" is now available in the METAMOR-FORCE series from SEN-TI-NERI!　The item is characterized by the weight of the die-cast parts used in a well-balanced manner and its easy-to-handle size.

As it turns out, it lives up to expectations!　The ease of playing with the combination, the good proportions, and the excellent mobility made it an impeccable toy. In this issue, we would like to introduce the METAMOR-FORCE "Fire Dug-On".

The package has what can be called a "double A-side" (if you know what I mean) design, with the main visuals on both the front and back.

On the side, you can also see the "Super Fire Dag-On" in its forbidden combined form with the upcoming "Power Dag-On". We must review the Power Dug-On as well!

Let's take a look at the various mechanisms.

First up is the Fire Jumbo, which is based on the motif of an airliner. As you can see, there is nothing to complain about the proportions. The deformations are also well defined.

The vertical tail wing has the Dag-On logo.

The nose of the plane also has a cockpit section and has been painted. The color scheme is perfectly reproduced in other areas as well.

There are landing gears on the chest and knees in robot mode. Of course, it is possible to drive the robot in Korogashi mode.

The modeling of the main engine, which is very impressive because it is close-up when the fire jumbo is launched, is also shown. The exterior is moderately detailed and arranged.

Next is the Fire Stratos. This is the so-called "core robot" police car, and this time two are included!　The one on the right is the non-transforming type, and the one on the left is the variable type, which was added to the set after the product was announced. The solid white line in the square below is 1cm, so you can see the size of the Fire Stratos. It's variable at this size!

Both sizes are almost the same, and you can choose which one you want when combining them! The painting is also very accurate.

Bottom of the vehicle. The non-transformable type also has the same detail and paint job as the transformable type. The variable type, however, is not visible once the non-transformable type is combined with the variable type!　It's an amazing attention to detail!

Fire "Fusion Combination!

Dag Fire is fully transformed from Fire Stratos to complete Dag Fire. A robot less than 3cm tall is fully transformed!　As expected, the face and other parts in increments of 0.1mm have not been painted, but I think it is still satisfactory enough.

It is also good that the deformation gimmick was not difficult to begin with. Thanks to Sentairi for keeping the price the same even with this included!

Fire Rescue. A mecha based on the ambulance motif. It is a mecha that takes charge of the forearms when combined. It is a little cute, but there are some details that are not included in the set, and the paint has been perfectly reproduced without any protruding paint.

The joints are visible at the rear of the vehicle.

Fire ladder. This mechanism is based on the ladder truck motif. It is quite deformed compared to the actual ladder truck, but this is how it looked like when it appeared in the movie. The paint job is also very detailed and careful.

You can see the joints at the rear of the body.

The ladder part is movable because it is a ladder car. Once the ladder part is lifted up, it can be swiveled.

In addition, the ladder part can be extended and retracted. This gimmick kills two birds with one stone, as the "extending ladder" part can be replaced to recreate a fireblade.

Here is a contrast of the mechanism so far. The Fire Stratos is slightly smaller than the Fire Dug-On, but that is not a problem. The two units included, one variable and one not, and the complete transformation more than make up for its small size.

Two replacement wrists are included, one left and one right. One is a wrist with all fingers movable. The other is a grip hand for the lion sword. You can play with the movable wrists alone.

And the lion sword. Not only the decoration, but also the lion on the chest is painted in detail. The gold color also creates a very nice atmosphere.

The bonus for the mail order site "Sentinel Store" is the fireblade (with parts) and the sword blade for the Lion Sword (with purse), which are circled in red. Although the atmosphere of the play can be fully enjoyed even without the store bonus, you can enjoy an even more powerful scene reproduction with the sword with purse.

In addition, a display stand that can be used with either the Fire Jumbo or Fire Dag-On is included. Since the stand has quite a bit of holding power, we will also introduce the state in which each mecha is attached in this review.

The Fire Jumbo can be recreated in its retracted state by folding the main wings.

The fire rescue and fire rudder can be stored in the cargo area on either side of the fuselage, just like in the movie.

Stoppers are also included to prevent the fire rescue and fire rudder from sliding forward after being stored. The hatch can be securely closed in the retracted state.

All landing gear can also be stored.

The wheels are not exposed after storage.

The fire jumbo is mounted on the pedestal. It may look like an aviation model displayed in some director's office (?). It looks like a fire jumbo. I would follow any company whose president has this fire jumbo on display.

The fire jumbo is not light by any means, but the pedestal also holds up quite well, giving it a great sense of stability.

Flame "Fire Combination!"

First, take out the Fire Rescue and Fire Ladder from the cargo.

Remove the joints of the main wing and cargo.

Retract the joint axis of the legs.

Raise the main wings and the armor on the top surface of the fuselage forward, and Cargo is made into both legs toward the rear in a side-to-side movement that is impressive in the combined animation scene.

The joints on the upper surface of the fuselage should be raised.

When the legs are in place, "click! When the legs are in place, you will feel a pleasant "click!

Fold the rear part further than the center of the fuselage. In conventional toys, the rear part of the fuselage is simply folded up as it is, but this time there is a slight modification.

The folding block is divided into three parts. Compactly put them together.

Fold down the rear part of the fuselage, checking the position of the fine joints in the area indicated in red.

When folded up, it will look like this. Make sure the joints are firmly engaged.

Split the nose into left and right sections and unfold.

Open the chest hatch and raise the head, and also raise the bird's beak on the chest.

With the section of the nose facing forward, open the panel and point the upper arm forward, then close the panel.

The fire rescue and fire rudder are attached to the upper arm.

Open the bottom of the vehicle and deploy the wrists.

Open the upper surface of the body slightly. ......

Combine Fire Stratos. This time I used a non-deformed type.

Close the open part.

The engine pods are over the wings and facing forward to complete the merging!

This time, the deformation procedure has hardly been omitted. The deformation process is that easy to understand.

The thing to keep in mind is to move each movement slowly. The joints are made of die-cast parts, so while they have high holding power, you will need to exert some force when moving them.

Be careful when handling die-cast parts, especially during cold weather. Move them slowly without panicking.
