Shinchosha's "The girl I fell in love with in Okinawa speaks in too many dialects, and it's too much fun" is a popular romantic comedy serialized in "Kurage Bunch" that has sold more than 300,000 copies in total.

The story centers on the main character, Teruaki Nakamura, who transfers to Okinawa, Fuka Kyanabu, who speaks Okinawan dialect "Uchinaaguchi," and Natsuna Higa, who interprets Uchinaaguchi and helps Teruaki out.

In addition, the main cast has been revealed. The main character, Teruaki Nakamura, who has transferred to Okinawa, will be played by Takeo Otsuka, Akari Kito will play Fuka Kyanabu, who speaks Okinawan dialect "Uchinaguchi," and Ai Fileze will play Natsuna Higa, who interprets Uchinaguchi and helps Teruaki.

It was also announced that Ui Nema, a popular Okinawan virtual celebrity and local VTuber, will become the PR ambassador for the "Okitsura" anime.

The teaser visual released this time depicts Tobika Kyanabu and Natsuna Higa against the background of the ocean in Okinawa, the setting of the anime.
