Choco Ramen "Red Ghana 2024" on sale for a limited time at Menya Musashi "Gan Tora" in Akihabara! Melt-in-your-mouth chocolate dumplings are also available!

Choco Ramen "Red Ghana 2024" is now on sale in limited quantities at the Ya-Menya Musashi Gantora Akihabara branch until Wednesday, February 14.

Lotte and popular ramen restaurant Menya Musashi have collaborated to offer "Red Ghana 2024," a chocolate ramen for Valentine's Day, which is currently available in limited quantities from February 1 (Thu) to February 14 (Wed).

To commemorate the 60th anniversary of Ghana Chocolate, the ramen was developed under the theme of "red" for the year of return. The red of the tomato-based soup, the red of the beef sirloin feuille, and the red of the red-centered daikon radish namul are all vividly celebrating the 60th birthday of Ghana Chocolate. The dumplings with salted fresh chocolate topping are filled with salted fresh chocolate and dried tomatoes and wrapped in a chewy dough. The dumplings can be eaten as is or dissolved in soup. One cup of ramen contains about one piece of Ghana milk.

Lotte is also giving away a piece of Ghana milk as a chocolaty treat with each order. This is a must-try for chocolate lovers, ramen lovers, and those who like unusual foods.

Meat Feuille

Beef sirloin is marinated in garlic and salt overnight, cooked at low temperature, and sliced. The beef sirloin is then lightly dressed with sour lemon salt and layered with nuts (almonds, cashews, and walnuts) to create a mille-feuille.

Spice blend

A total of 15 spices: special spices, octagonal, cinnamon, black pepper, wikyo, chenpi, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves, licorice, turmeric, bay leaf, cumin, fennel, and paprika.

Namul]

Bean sprouts boiled in seafood broth, shredded and rubbed with salt, then mixed with red radish, salt and sesame oil.

Ramayu]

15 kinds of spices are used to add aroma, and Korean chili peppers are used to add spiciness.

Pepper Mushrooms

Mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, maitake mushrooms and nameko mushrooms are sauteed with oil and salt and accented with black pepper.

Dumplings with Salted Fresh Chocolate

Ghanaian milk is mixed with cream and salt to make raw chocolate, which is then combined with chopped dried tomatoes and wrapped in homemade chewy dough. The raw chocolate starts to melt in the mouth when you take a bite.

About 0.3 Ghana milk is used.
