LINE Manga" original webtoon "Kenka Dokugaku" TV anime will be broadcast from April 2024! Teaser visual and teaser PV were released simultaneously today!

An original work of the e-comic service "LINE Manga", "Kenka Dokugaku" (original work: PTJ cartoon company, drawing: Kim Jung Hyun), will be adapted into an animated TV series.

Kenka Dokugaku" is an original webtoon work of "LINE Manga" which has been viewed more than 460 million times (*1) in Japan and more than 2 billion times (*2) globally.

It is a battle action story about the poor and weak protagonist, Kota Shimura, who is "self-taught in fighting" through a secret channel and upsets the school caste by distributing fighting-themed videos.

It was selected as a "Jury Recommended Work" in the Manga Division of the 25th Japan Media Arts Festival, and was also ranked first in the "LINE Manga Original Work Ranking (Male) that should be made into an anime. It will be broadcast on Fuji Television Network's "+Ultra" program from April 2024.

Along with the announcement of the TV anime adaptation, a teaser visual and a teaser PV were also released today.

The teaser visual depicts a bullied boy, Kota, who is being driven by countless hands, feet, and smart phones as if he were being yelled at by the viewers, but he is striking a fighting pose with an expression as if he has made up his mind to do something.

The teaser PV shows Kota being bullied at school and being forced to live part-time, and how he stands up to the bullies, accompanied by powerful background music. The characters surrounding Kouta, including Kanegon, are also a focus of attention.
