Wagyu All-You-Can-Den Hall of Fame Akihabara Meat Shop Yokocho" has started selling "Kobe Beef Course".

Wagyu All-You-Can-Den Hall of Fame Akiba Butcher Shop opened in Akihabara in November 2020. It is attracting attention for its new style of ordering meat from a showcase reminiscent of a traditional butcher shop, and a second store is scheduled to open in Udagawa-cho, Shibuya in December 2021.

Kobe Beef" has been praised around the world in recent years. Only those that meet strict criteria are certified as Kobe Beef from among Hyogo Prefecture's Tajima Beef, which has its roots in various types of cows. The meat is finely marbled, with a fine texture, softness, and finely marbled fat in the muscles. The meat has a smooth texture that melts on the tongue, and it has a unique flavor.

The "Kobe Beef Course," which is now on sale, allows customers to enjoy not only marbled meat but also various parts of Kobe Beef in a luxurious all-you-can-eat package.
