Report on "Fandom Akiba," a new anime goods store in Akihabara! The four-story building is packed with goods from popular content!

Akihabara has a sense of impermanence, with new stores opening one after another and others quietly withdrawing from the market before you know it. This time, we visited a new store, "Fandom Akiba," in Akihabara, a hobby town where many stores have been opened in a row!

Fandom Akiba" is an anime goods store that opened on January 19, 2024, in a building next to Tsukumo PC Main Store on a back street in Akihabara. The building also used to house the Tsukumo DOS/V PC building.

As mentioned at the beginning of this article, Akiba Research Institute visited the new store in the Akihabara area, which is also home to many anime goods stores!

Fandom Akiba" is a store that buys and sells used goods in addition to new goods, and each floor handles a different genre.

The store is located on the first through fourth floors.

At the entrance, there is a POP of a cute mascot character. The character was designed by manga artist Taro Minohoshi. Minosei has designed characters for various games, and the "Fandom Akiba" character is catchy and super cute!

Now it's time to enter the store!

1F: Miniature Toys, Special Price Items, and A La Carte Floor

The first floor is dedicated to a wide variety of items, including miniature toys such as Re-Mento products and Studio Ghibli related items.

In addition, there is a lineup of special-priced items.

White price tags indicate new items, yellow price tags indicate used items, and red price tags indicate special price items, making it easy to use as a reference when shopping at Fandom Akiba.

It is recommended that you buy all the items you wanted at a special price during your visit to the store!

Popular figures are also displayed in showcases.

2F Character Floor

The 2nd floor mainly sells goods featuring popular anime and manga characters.

There is a great selection of "One Piece" and "Naruto" figures! Both titles are said to be extremely popular among foreign tourists.

Chiikawa," which is rapidly taking off, is also well supported. Yee-ha!

There is also a full lineup of figures from trendy works such as "[My favorite child]" and "SPY x FAMILY. Get the character you're looking for!

3F Bishojo/Sho-Game Floor

The 3rd floor sells popular bishojo game and shadow game goods. Beautiful girls from popular titles such as "NIKKE," "Blue Aka," "Umamusume," and "iM@S" fill the floor!

In addition to figures, a wide range of goods are available, including tapestries and T-shirts.

4F Vtuber Floor

On the 4th floor, where we sell popular Vtuber-related goods, you will find a large number of items by category, such as "hololive," "NIJISANJI," "Aogiri High School," and more.

Of course, there is also a full lineup of figurines!

As you can see, each floor is divided into different genres, and Fandom Akiba is constantly expanding its lineup. Since the store has only just opened, they are continuing to expand their product lineup.

In addition, they are planning to open an event floor on the 5th floor. The floor will be equipped with a 160-inch LED vision system, so we can expect to see events and exhibitions that make full use of video. (*The images are for reference only.)

If you visit the store frequently, you may be able to find the goods that you are destined to find.

The store manager said, "If you are interested in having the mascot character introduced at the beginning of this article made into a figure, please feel free to contact us anytime!
