TV anime "Dundadan" to be broadcast nationwide from October 2024! Key visual & PV revealed! Okarun's appearance will be changed to ......⁉

It has been decided that the TV anime "Dundadan" will be broadcast simultaneously nationwide on 28 MBS/TBS stations in the "Super Anime-ism TURBO" slot from October 2024. The key visual and PV have also been released.

Dundadan" is a manga serialized in "Shonen Jump +" (Shueisha) by Yukinobu Ryu. It has gained popularity, with a total of 3.2 million copies in circulation and more than 360 million views.
Momo Ayase, a high school girl who "believes in ghosts but is an alien denier," and her classmate Okarun Takakura, an occult fanatic who "believes in aliens but is a ghost denier. This work is an occult battle and coming-of-age story in which these two encounter "overwhelming weirdness that transcends comprehension" and take on the challenge of the approaching bizarre.

The first key visual released this time shows Momo and Okarun dynamically running away from Turbo Hag, and the bold design is filled with detailed tricks and attention to detail.

The music video shows Momo and Okarun heading to a UFO spot and a haunted place in order to make people believe that ghosts and aliens exist, respectively. Momo encounters a Serpo alien and runs away, and Okarun encounters a turbo hag and is blown away. Finally, Okarn is shown as "someone" who changes into "something" and says, "I can't control myself.

<Introduction
Momo (Momo Ayase), a high school girl born into a family of mediums, and her classmate Okarun (Ken Takakura), an occult fanatic.

Momo saved Okarun from a class bully and the two began talking, but Momo, who "believes in ghosts but denies aliens," and Okarun, who "believes in aliens but denies ghosts," start arguing.

In order to make them believe in aliens and ghosts, which they both deny, Momo went to the ruins of a hospital, a UFO spot, and Okarun went to a tunnel, a haunted spot.

There, the two encounter an overwhelming monstrosity that transcends comprehension.

Momo awakens her hidden power in the midst of her predicament, and Okarun, who has the power of a curse in his hands, takes on the looming bizarre! Fateful love also begins!
