A special stage for the TV anime "Yuru Can △ SEASON 3," which will start airing on April 4, 2024, was held on March 23 (Sat) at the GREEN Stage of AnimeJapan 2024.

Yumiri Hanamori, who plays Nadeshiko Kakamigahara, Nao Higashiyama, who plays Rin Shima, and Tomoyo Kurosawa, who plays Ayano Toki, took the stage, and we bring you a report from thestage, where the audience was excited about the work just before its broadcast.

A special stage for the anime "Yuru Can △ SEASON 3," which is scheduled to start airing on April 4, 2024, was held at AnimeJapan 2024 on March 23 (Sat) and 24 (Sun). Tomoyo Kurosawa played Ayano Toki.

It had been about three years since she had voiced the high school girls in the movie "Yuru Can△," which was released in July 2022, in which she played the adult Rin and Nadeshiko. I was able to tune in as soon as I heard Rin-chan's voice," said Hanamori.

When asked how he felt about the PV, Higashiyama replied, "The production team changed for "SEASON 3" and we had to start over. I wondered if the recording method would change as well." When talking about the first film and the first episode, Hanamori-san laughed and said, "It's not easy to find a heroine who is suddenly snoring .......

Higashiyama said, "Lynn and Nadeshiko didn't hit it off from the beginning. Lynn and Nadeshiko didn't hit it off from the start," said Higashiyama. "They became friends after Lynn realized that Nadeshiko was watching her and keeping a close eye on her. I set the "goal" as the point where the two become friends, and worked with director Kyogoku (who directed the first film through the movie) to calculate the "friendship gauge" backwards as I performed the scene.

In the talk about "SEASON 2," the topic of Ayano's first scene came up.

Ayano appeared as if crawling out of a kotatsu, and Ms. Kurosawa came out and said, "I was like that in high school, too (laugh).

Season 2" ended with Ayano's line, "I'm going to visit Yamanashi when the weather gets warmer," leading into "Season 3.

Higashiyama said, "I welcomed the first episode with the feeling that I had been recording until last week," and Hanamori commented, "Every time we start recording for "Yuru Can△", we are told by the original author Afuro and the director, 'This is the concept for this episode'. I was very excited when I heard about it this time as well," he commented.

Kurosawa, who will be playing the role of Ayano in "SEASON 3," said, "I was very happy to be sandwiched between the two of them during the postrecording. SEASON 3" has many comical scenes and moves at a brisk pace, so I thought, "I thought the story would unfold in a more leisurely manner, but it took a lot of brain power," she said, looking back on the recording with a laugh.

Higashiyama said, "The various suspension bridges were like attractions," and Hanamori said, "Pay attention to the reactions of Rin and Aya-chan (Ayano)! said.
