Manga artist Mitsuro Kubo, creator of "MOTEKI" and anime director Sayo Yamamoto, creator of "MICHIKO and HACCHIN" and "LUPIN the Third: The Woman Named Fujiko Mine" have teamed up to create this anime. The character design is by Teishi Hiramatsu.
