What is "Bow and the Moonlit Azure Flower"?

Tiny ghosts fly around the beautiful Japanese-style world! An exhilarating 2D action game based on Japanese mythology and folklore!

Bow and the Moonlit Azure Flower" is an exploration 2D Japanese action game set in a colorful, hand-drawn world based on Japanese mythology and folklore.
Players take on the role of Bow, a small yokai, and embark on an adventurous journey to solve crises in a world inhabited by a variety of ayakashi (monsters).
Using his mysterious staff and a variety of actions, Bow will gracefully fly through the air, explore every corner of the world, and fight against the powerful ayakashi.
Guided by his own mission and encounters with slightly funny ayakashi, what awaits "Bow," who has unraveled the mysteries of this world, is .......

A slightly funny world of ayakashi

The stage is set in the "Land of Yokai" where ayakashi live as depicted in Japanese myths and folklore, such as "Ama-no-Iwato" and "Kitsune-no-Yomeiri" (The Bride of the Fox).

Bou will travel to various locations, including "Kurenahi Bamboo Forest," where the Rabbit Clan used to live, "Wakakusa Forest," where the Kitsune Clan's shrine stands, and "Sakura no Miyako," a town where the Ayakashi live in abundance. Along the way, unique ayakashi running "blacksmith shops" and "ramen stalls" will assist Bow in his adventures.

Hit and Flow in the air with flair!

The most distinctive feature of this title is the "Hit & Flow" action, in which attacking an enemy or object in mid-air allows the player to jump or dash again! By repeatedly jumping in the air, you can go to places you normally cannot reach, or enjoy the action of dancing in the air while avoiding attacks from enemies. Furthermore, if you learn additional actions during the course of your adventure, the range of actions you can take will continue to expand.

Boil the teapot and drink the tea! Release the "Dharma"!

Connecting combos in the air boils the teapot in the upper left corner of the screen, increasing the effectiveness of tools and the number of times they can be used. When you are tired from your adventures, take a sip of "tea," which has a great healing effect, to recover your strength. Other tools support Bow's adventures, such as eight different types of "dharma," which unleash powerful techniques, and "amulets," which increase attack speed.

Challenge various gimmicks and powerful bosses!

The stages are filled with gimmicks that hinder Bow's progress. The stages are filled with gimmicks that hinder Bow's progress, such as snow-covered mountains, collapsing bridges, and thickly overgrown thorny paths. At the deepest level of each area, powerful ayakashi await. By using all the strength you have and taking on the challenge over and over again without giving up, you will find yourself growing as a player.
