In the previous article, we introduced the transformation to vehicle form and then to robot form. This time, in addition to reviewing the robot form, we would like to review the finally completed Heavy Allied Warrior Raiden!

Let's start with the robot form!

The face modeling. I feel that the character is expressed well in the facial expression. The paint job is also perfect.

Anime parts can be attached to the robot form. This part can be used in any form as you like.

Due to the deformation, the range of motion of the ankles is slightly different for the left and right ankles. The left and right ankles can be tilted inward to this point respectively.

The toes can be extended to this level on both legs.

Shoulders can be lifted horizontally by approximately 90 degrees. The hip joints are movable in a wide range of angles, both front to back and left to right.

Although this is not a movable part, the body can be tilted back and forth using the deformation mechanism.

Neck can be used rotation also used in deformation. Roll rotation with two arms. Elbows bend more than 90°, and wrists also roll rotation. From the index finger to the little finger can be opened in one part. Roll rotation in the middle of the thigh of the leg. Knees can be bent approximately 90 degrees.

Light sword for Raiden can also be equipped. Can be held on the wrist or ......

Can be attached to the arm joints and used as a fixed armament. Stylish.

The blade can be removed and the handle can be mounted on the waist. It looks great in a compact way.

Naturally, a power laser can also be equipped.

The power laser can be mounted on the waist or connected to the arm.

We have also fixed the power laser to the arm and equipped it.

The light sword can be split and stored on the bottom of the rail. This is a nice consideration.

Joint parts can also be attached in robot mode.

You can also use the TF Power Base to enjoy action poses like this.

Here are the six Trainbots in robot mode.

The Trainbots have always been very popular among the Transformers lineup, and their appeal is not only alive and well in the MPG series, but has probably increased even further. The difference in height is minimal in robot mode compared to the difference in size in vehicle mode.

Now, let's finally combine them into the Heavy Allied Warrior Raiden!

Now let's start merging into Raiden!

Separate both legs of Kaen above the knees.

Both arms and back of Kaen are deployed once, and the chest is deformed. The hip joints are also positioned for Raiden.

Fixing both arm parts of Kaen, the deformation of the main body part is completed.

Deformed "Raiden Cannon" that came with Seizan.

Attach both legs of Kaen to the deformed block,

Merged into the main body of Kaen.

The heavy-allied warrior Raiden is complete!

How powerful! What a detailed modeling! This is the MPG version of Raiden, revived after almost 40 years since the Diaclone version!

I like robots in Transformers that show remnants of their vehicle mode, like this one.

From directly behind, the thing on its back looked large, but from the side, you can see that it is surprisingly compact.

Around the chest. The part mainly composed of Shoki, Seizan, and Suiken.

Around the waist. The most heavily loaded part of the Raiden is supported almost entirely by Kaen. Kaen is doing his best.

In the old toy, the thighs were also composed of Kaen's parts, but in MPG, they are arranged to use parts of Getsuei and Yukikaze.

The Leiden cannons on both sides of the waist are unique to MPG, but with such high detail, these new elements do not feel out of place.

Both legs are mainly composed of getsuei and yukikaze. It is very attractive to see the faces of Blue Train and Tohoku Joetsu Shinkansen.

The blocks on the side of the legs are transformed parts of Seizan and Suiken, respectively.

The head has a light-collecting gimmick, and the clear parts glow when light is shined on them from above.

The head can be rotated and turned upward.

Each finger is independently movable. The thumb is movable at the base, and the other fingers can be bent at the base and second joint.

Raiden stands in front of the Destron army.

Shoulders can be rotated. The elbow bends approximately 90 degrees. The hip joints are structurally able to open wide in both directions, but it will take some work to make the best use of them in poses. The body is very heavy. ......

The ankles are surprisingly stable.

Equipped with a light sword. It was used in the play.

She can also hold the "Train Bazooka," Raiden's ranged weapon. This equipment was also in the old toy.

And it is equipped with the light sword, which became the first three-dimensional in MPG. The shape of the joint is basically for the right wrist. Kaen also comes with a TF power base connection joint for Raiden.

By the way, this Raiden is in a state to reproduce the "anime version" by removing the "Raiden Cannon" and closing a part of the head panel.

In addition, it is possible to have the light sword plated version of Raiden BOX.

The normal light sword and the two swords. However, the light sword cannot be fixed to the left wrist, so it is held so that it does not fall.

The light sword can also be fixed to the left wrist, so it is more stable to hold it in two ways.

The Raiden bazooka can also be held in the left hand, so it can be held at the same time as the light sword.

Since I have pulled out the Diaclone version, I have also included the combined state of the Trainbots.

There are some differences from the TF version, but how were they rearranged? And how they respect and carry on the tradition, we can see the particularity of MPG this time.

In the old toy, the leading parts of Seizan and Suiken were attached to the waist.

Size comparison.

The MPG is the HO gauge size, so its volume, power, and weight are different!

The stylish impression of the old toy is cool, but the powerful figure of the MPG Raiden is also so cool that you could look at it forever.

The MPG Trainbot is a mass of satisfaction, and can be displayed in its separate vehicle form, in robot mode, or even in this combined form. Congratulations to Tomy and everyone who bought all six!
