Best Mecha Collection 1/144 RX-78-2 Gundam (REVIVAL Ver.) / BANDAI SPIRITS / Scheduled for release in October / 1,320 yen (tax included)

The 1/144 Gundam, the original Gunpla model, will be revived with the latest Gunpla technology as part of the "Best Mecha Collection" series.

The "Best Mecha Collection No. 4 Gundam," released in July 1980 (initially just one of the "Best Mecha Collection" series of plastic models of anime and special effects robots!) ) was molded in solid white and required painting by the user to make it realistic. In addition, glue was required.

However, the "Best Mecha Collection 1/144 RX-78-2 Gundam (REVIVAL Ver.)" announced this time has the same number of runners (2), but with injection molding technology, it has a colorful finish even when assembled straight. The design of the kit is very mysterious, yet the design itself remains as it was at the time of its release.

In addition, the kit is designed with a touch gate that allows the user to easily detach the parts by hand, allowing the user to feel the evolution of Gunpla over the past 40 years.

This nostalgic yet new Gundam is sure to become a must-have item for all Gunpla fans!
