What are "Zoids"?
The "Zoids" series is a major content series developed by Takara Tomy since 1983 as an original IP originating from toys. The name "Zoids" is derived from the two words "Zoic" and "Android. Android (artificial human). The toys, real moving kits (assembled driving toys), come with electric motors or springs, and are characterized by the fact that they move as if they were real life forms after assembly is complete. Zoids" also celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2023.
