New "Ramen Bar" of "Shokin no Shio Ramen Duetarian" opens in Kanda Awaji-cho Watellas.

Do Eatarian Akihabara Terrace", a new branch of the popular ramen restaurant "Do Eatarian Salt Ramen", whose main branch is located in Ichigaya, Tokyo, has opened on the first floor of Kanda Awaji-cho Waterrace.

Chef Ishizuka's "raamen" is characterized by a special "gold broth" made mainly from chicken stock and richly flavored with kelp and scallops to create an exquisite "richness and sharpness". The "Raw Ham Fromage Ramen," which was the only ramen to be selected for the A.A. TASTE AWARDS, one of the world's four major gastronomic awards, for six consecutive years, is based on the concept of a full course meal in a bowl, with specially made thick cheese entwined with the noodles. It offers a "new type of ramen.

The restaurant's most popular menu item is the "Cold Tomato Collection 2024," a summer-only menu perfect for the coming season. Several carefully selected varieties of fresh tomatoes are lavishly used. The lycopene-rich broth is combined with Italian noodles made from special durum semolina flour, resulting in a bright red cold ramen that is very appealing to the eye.

This summer specialty will be available for pre-sale at the "Do Eatarian Akihabara Terrace" restaurant. Appetizers include "Green Bean and Potato Genovese," "Crunchy Pickles," "Nagoya Coach Patties," "Due Style Omelet," and "Glass de Potato Salada. Prices are also reasonable, ranging from 500 to 850 yen each. Chef Ishizuka says he hopes to bring the "cheese" smile and warm ramen to the world, which has become a customary shutter-pose in Japan.
