Announced free update of "Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown" & remake of "Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time" to be released in 2026!

UBISOFT has released the latest information on the latest title update of the "Prince of Persia" series, "Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown," including a free title update and the long-awaited remake of "Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time.

As a free update, the game will feature the Trials of God, adding 22 new challenges and allowing players to demonstrate their skills. Accessed through a door located in the Resting Place, choose from a series of four challenges, each with its own unique set of requirements.
Each challenge has its own set of requirements and gets progressively more difficult as you progress. A variety of challenges await the player, including action, puzzles, combat, and an all-new boss battle. While the challenges are unlocked as new powers are acquired, it is possible to challenge all of the completed challenges from an existing save.
Winning the boss battle that awaits at the end of each of the four challenges earns the player an amulet and four costumes. A portion of the "Maskof Darkness" story DLC scheduled for September 2024 was also revealed.
