Magical Girl Aspiration" (published by Bamboo Comics/Takeshobo), written by Akihiro Ononaka, will be serialized in Storia Dash from 2019. It is a comedy work about an ordinary girl, Hiiragi Utena, who loves magical girls, but one day she suddenly becomes "the female leader of an evil organization.
