The second PV of the TV anime "The Strongest Magician of the Demon Army was a Human", which will start airing in July 2024, has been released. It was also announced that the ending theme song will be "I still" by KOHTA YAMAMOTO feat.

The most powerful sorcerer of the Demon King's Army was a human" is a popular work written by Ryosuke Haneda (original story) and Anajiro (manga) that has sold more than 750,000 copies (including digital copies).

The second PV of "The Strongest Magician of the Demon Army was a Human", which will start airing in July 2024 on TOKYO MX, BS Asahi, etc., was shown at an advance screening held at Shinjuku Piccadilly on June 16 (Sun.).

In addition, the ending theme song "I still" by KOHTA YAMAMOTO feat. Maya Akechi was chosen.

I will be in charge of the ending theme for the TV anime "The Strongest Magician of the Demon Army was a Human".
I am very honored to be able to be involved in the music of this work in total, including the opening theme that was announced recently and the music for the play!
I am looking forward to the broadcast of this work, and it is a work that is as precious to me as a treasure.
This second vocal project, "I still," was created with the image of Sati's past circumstances and her belief in Ike.
The lyrics and vocals were written by Maya Akechi.
Maya's poetry and the power of her one-of-a-kind vocals have resulted in a ballad that is like a prayer.
I am grateful to Maya for further expanding the musical world I wanted to express with this song!
I hope many people will listen to "I still" along with the anime!

I wrote the lyrics as a prayer that everyone will be able to live equally while accepting and passing on various people, ways of living, and ways of thinking.
I had never experienced completing a song with someone other than a band, so it was a very fresh feeling. knowing KOHTA's other works, I was very nervous & happy, and I enjoyed being very calm and burning during the rec.
I hope many people will listen to it through my work.
