26 1,000 yen lunches in Akihabara! From ramen to set menus! Cost-effective gourmet food that is easy on the wallet!
When you come to Akihabara, you may have a hard time deciding where to have lunch.
To help you decide, here are some Akiba eats that I, Shun Gori, who is a frequent visitor to Akihabara even when I have no business in Akihabara, recommend.
As an Akibaite who likes to spend his money on his hobbies, I assume that the amount of money you can spend for lunch is in the 1,000-yen range, so I will mainly introduce dishes that can be eaten for around 1,000 yen. Prices are current at the time of the interview. Some may no longer be available.
Ramen
JIN Akihabara" hot and spicy ramen for 1,190 yen!
The restaurant is about an 8-minute walk from the Electric Town exit of JR Akihabara Station. The "hot and spicy hot sauce" is 1,190 yen, and the ingredients on top of the noodles are very luxurious, including enoki mushrooms, bean sprouts, sausage, and meatballs, as mentioned in the previous list. The noodles are vermicelli, but the ingredients are plentiful, making this dish like having a hot pot all to yourself. It is a little spicy, so if you don't like spicy food, we recommend the "Hakyu" (white soup).

Percoco Neapolitan (1,221 yen) at Nekoniku no Manyou Akiba Place!
The "Percow Neapolitan" looks like a Western-style restaurant, with Neapolitan, Percow, rice, and tonjiru soup on a griddle, making it difficult to determine whether it is a Western-style restaurant or a set meal restaurant. However, with rice (carbohydrate), Neapolitan (carbohydrate), and perko (oil), the menu is perfectly typical of Akiba's lunch menu. I can't eat "Percoh Noodles" at Banzei Noodle Shop anymore, but I want to try that Percoh again! I hope you will try it!
