The "Dag-On" from Sentairi's METAMOR-FORCE series is now available as the Power Dag-On, which is also part of the Fire Dag-On series! Of course, it is possible to combine with Fire Dag-On in a super flame, but it is an extremely difficult task to coexist deformation, combination, and good proportions .......

⇒It is possible to combine with Fire Dag-On, but it is very difficult to make it transformable, combine and well proportioned!
The newest toy of "Dag-On" is a perfect combination and transformation, yet it has such good proportions! Voice actor Yasuyuki Tai reviews the "METAMOR-FORCE Fire Dag-On" in depth! Part 1
The newest toy of the "Dag-On" series: The shockingly movable figure and its parsed weapon make it look so cool in this pose! Voice Actor Yutaka Tai's In-Depth Review of the "METAMOR-FORCE Fire Dag-On! Part 2

What kind of solution did SENDAI-NERI come up with?

Let's get started with the review!

The package includes the decisive pose face of Power Dag-On and ......

There is a side with the Super Fire Dag-On figure on its back. It's a double A-side kind of layout (if you know what I mean, young people) and, moreover, when placed side by side with the Fire Dag-On box, it looks like ......

The left and right visuals are connected to form one big picture. We hope that you will enjoy seeing them side by side.

Next, let's take a look at the vehicle mode of the Power Dug-On.

Overall, this is a huge power shovel. As the name implies, it is very powerful.

Looking at it from behind, you can see parts reminiscent of the robot form. I think one of the interesting features of the Yusha-Mecha is that it looks like a real heavy machine, yet there are only a few sci-fi parts that can be seen.

Comparison with the toy at the time of the cartoon broadcast (left). The toy at the time was naturally targeted at younger children, and the modeling and deformation are simple, as it is a toy that can be played with by moving it around. However, since this is the seventh in the Yusha series, it is a toy that the customer is accustomed to making. There is not much of a gap between this item and the one in the movie, and I remember that it was highly regarded as a toy.

The item this time uses alloy parts and reproduces fine details, making it a dazzling and longed-for item for those of us who were children back then.

The bucket part of the shovel can be opened and closed.

The arm part can also be bent and extended while the cylinder part works in tandem.

From the side, you can see that the deformation around the arms has been arranged somewhat.

The driver's block, which becomes the forearm in robot mode, has a window made of clear parts. Inside the window, there are many mechanical details.

The crawler is fixed, as expected, but it has been sculpted to look more realistic. It is connected to the main body by a die-cast frame.

Mechanical details have been added to the sides of the toe part in robot mode to give it more of a heavy machine look.

There is another version of the vehicle mode. This version is designed to be played with in vehicle mode by using support parts in place of the upper arm parts, which are subjected to heavy loads when the shovel arm is moved.

The removed forearms can be stored inside the crawler. The increased width on the outside gives the power shovel an even more powerful silhouette.

Support parts are placed under the driver's seat.

Here is the vehicle mode with support parts. The upper arm part of the robot mode has disappeared, making the figure more compact, and the driver's seat no longer wobbles when the excavator arm is moved.

The rear view is almost the same.

Next is the Gu Fire. The one that came with Fire Dag-On was capable of transforming into Fire Stratos, but this time it comes with a super-small movable figure. The non-transformable version has more detail, paint, and range of motion than the Fire Dag-On version.

The shoulders and legs are ball-jointed. Knees and elbows can also be bent.

Both arms can be removed and arm assembly parts can be assembled.

Comparison with the Variable Dag Fire (right). The Fire Dag-On version that transforms at this size is also amazing, but it is also amazing that it can be made to act this much at the same size.

There is a joint hole on the back of the left leg, which can be inserted into the shovel's pin to hold the Dug Fire in place.

The end of the shovel has a ball joint connection. It can also be interchanged with the claw.

The fire shovel, fire jumbo, and the dug-fire attached to each are shown in this size. One of the interesting parts of the Yusha Robo is the way the mechanisms combine with each other, a balance that is impossible with the actual size of the vehicle.

Now, let's reassemble the normal version and try to combine them!

Rigid Combination!

Fire shovel's driver's seat part is unfolded to the left and right. The movable frame is made of die-cast.

Raise the upper body and stand the thighs up.

Fully raise the legs and stand with toes and heels open. The calves have a space where the thighs used to fit. ......

Unfold the panel that was hidden in the crawler section and cover it.

Reassemble the driver's part of the fire shovel and ......

Reconnect both arms.

Open the panels on the forearms and deploy the wrists with a dong.

Raise the head, open the chest, and the dagfires are ready to combine.

Dagfires transform into a block shape. Either the shovel or jumbo version can be used.

Dagfires are stored in the chest of Power Dug-On, and the chest is closed to complete the merging! Both the shovel and jumbo versions can be combined.

Power Dag-On!

Dug-On!

Nice proportions, so much so that it is hard to believe that it has the ability to combine with Fire Dag-On.

Even the thighs and other parts, which tend to be treated in all white, have been arranged to look more realistic and informative by partially applying light gray coloring.

On the back, the bird emblem can be removed and cover parts can be attached. The fire shovel support parts can also be mounted on the waist.

Around the head. Moderate detailing has been added to the helmet parts. Paint precision is also perfect!

The lower jaw of the dinosaur-like face on the chest is movable. Fangs are finely painted. Details are also included in the oral cavity.

Side and front skirts of the waist can be deployed. Details have been added to the body including this area. Die-cast parts are used for the hip joints.

The legs, which had a very simple surface configuration in the original setting, are now shaped to resemble the figure in the anime, and the coloring has been further improved.

The internal mechanism of the forearms is one of the charm points of the Power Dag-On.

The legs are very stable, allowing the figure to stand on its own even in poses that might be somewhat unstable.

The shoulders can also swing upward. They are so stable that even a high kick can stand on its own. This is a result of the movable toes and solid joints.

She can also stand on one knee. By replacing the hand parts with movable fingers, it is possible to add facial expressions to the wrists.

Comparison with the product of the time. The target age range and period have changed, and the size is totally different, but each one is satisfying in its own way.

That's all for the first part!

In the second part, we will look at the accessory weapon parts and various gimmicks. In the second part, we will show you the included weapon parts, various gimmicks, and even the combined form with Fire Dag-On, Super Fire Dag-On!
