Coffee Iori, a coffee shop next to Sumitomo Fudosan Akihabara First Building in Akihabara, is closed for restoration work.

The storefront shutters are currently closed, and there is a sign posted stating that the store will undergo restoration work from June 20 to around July 10.

The magnificent hydrangea planted in front of the store had also been cut from its roots, leaving the store feeling a bit sad.

It is currently unknown whether this closure is temporary or long-term. Coffee Iori is a popular back-alley coffee shop in Akihabara, where there are few places to relax, so we hope it will reopen soon.
