The summer anime "2.5 Dimensional Seduction (Lilisa)," which will begin airing sequentially on July 5, 2024 (Friday) at 10:30 p.m., has released a synopsis and advance scene cuts of its first episode, "A New Student in Another Dimension."

2.5D Seduction (Lilisa)" is based on the manga by Yu Hashimoto, which has been distributed on the manga magazine app "Shonen Jump +" since 2019 and has sold more than 2.9 million copies in its 19 volumes. The story of "2.5-D Temptation" begins when Masamune Okumura, an ordinary high school boy who loves the 2-D character Liliel, meets a new student, Lilisa Amano, who loves Liliel and "wants to be Liliel. At her request, Okumura ends up cooperating in a cosplay photo shoot. The passion of the cosplayers, their feelings, and their growth overcoming various hardships they experience while working with Lilisa are depicted in this passionate adolescent cosplay work where real (3D) and fictional (2D) worlds intersect.
The TV anime will begin airing on TOKYO MX, TV Kanagawa, TV Saitama, Chiba TV, TV Aichi, MBS, Tele-Q, BS11, AT-X, and Animax starting July 5, 2024 (Friday) at 10:30pm.
