At Yakiniku Like, a yakiniku fast food restaurant where customers can go alone at any time, a new menu item, "Bulgogi Teishoku" will be available at 79 stores nationwide for a limited time starting July 24, 2024 (Wed.).

The "Bulgogi Set Meal" is a new menu item that maximizes the aroma and juicy flavor of freshly grilled 180 grams of beef ribs served in a special pot. It is a dish that allows you to enjoy the authentic taste of bulgogi, a popular Korean dish, in a way that only Yakiniku Like can offer. Why not take this opportunity to try it?

The bulgogi set meal is made with 180 grams of beef ribs, a popular part of the dish at Yakiniku Like.

The bulgogi is grilled in an aluminum pan set on a roaster, rather than on a regular grill.
When the meat starts to simmer, it is stir-fried while being dipped in the secret sauce.
The sauce soaks into the meat, making it juicy and tender.
The aromatic smell of the meat as it cooks will whet your appetite! If you run out of meat during the grilling process, add more meat to the pan, and then grill it again while adjusting the flavor with the included "bulgogi sauce. The sweet and spicy flavor of the meat and its juices spreading with each bite, and the mildness of the fat is irresistible!

The "Shime Set" of kimchi, nori, and butter is made by adding rice, kimchi, nori, and butter to a pot of sauce in which the flavor of the meat is infused and the sauce remains. Mix them together until they are well blended, then use a spoon to spread the rice flat and cook it until it forms "okoge" (roasted rice cake), completing the "pokkunpa" dish! Add cheese to the rice and it turns into a rich fried rice!　You can enjoy an even deeper flavor by leaving out some of the meat or adding more gochujang (red pepper paste) or garlic sauce.
