Kaneko-ya, a popular bar featuring mainly motsuyaki, plans to open a branch on the first floor of the UDX Building in August.

Kaneko Ya, a popular bar in Sakuma-cho with a main menu of motsuyaki, will open a branch on the first floor of the UDX Building at the Electric Town Exit.

It will be located at the former site of "Farmarche Pharmacy AKIBA-ICHI," which closed in August 2022 (Akihabara UDX 104, 4-14-1 Sotokanda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo).

Kaneko-ya is an izakaya with the atmosphere of a good old-fashioned public bar. Yakiton (grilled pork) and nikomi (stewed vegetables) are recommended.

A sign on the storefront says that the store will open at the end of August, and no detailed date has been set yet.
